Qualification: BCom, BBA, BBM, MBA with Specialization in Marketing.
Experience: 0-2 years and above
- Excellent Communication Skills with Fluency in Written and Spoken English (Must), Kannada & Hindi (Added Advantage).

Business lead generation by meeting and networking with potential clients in Bengaluru Market for Business, Update about the group’s service offerings to them and Capturing the Customer’s need. Creating Proposals, Business follow-up, Closures and Managing Customer Relationship. Corporate/ Agencies Database Update. Pre-Sales activities, Includes identifying the contacts and influencers in Corporate Sector Companies and Agencies.
INR 15,000/month, plus incentives, during the first 3 months training period.
Post 3 Months Training, the Candidate will be under Probation for 9 Months. Based on the performance of the candidate, the candidate can earn a deserving hike while entering into the Probation Period.
Post Completion of 1 Year (Training + Probation Period), Candidate will be eligible for an Appraisal and Revision of Package Subject to his performance and evolution in the profile of Responsibility entrusted to him/her.
Telesales Executive (Female Candidate only)

Qualification: BBM, BCom, BBA
Experience: 1-2 years and above
Good Communication Skills with Fluency in Written and Spoken English (Must), Kannada & Hindi (added advantage), Computer & Internet Usage Proficiency, Influencing and Negotiation skills are required.
Pre-sales activities, includes identifying the key contact and influencers in the corporate/ agencies for business, tele-calling for validating the key contacts with their contact details and update about the group’s service offerings to them and capturing the customer’s need. Business follow-up, closures and managing customer relationship.
